The Billettera mobile app lets your controllers scan ticket QR codes and validate entries in real time. Each scan instantly checks the ticket validity, records the entry and updates the fill gauge shared across all controllers.
It works on all Android smartphones and tablets and requires an active internet connection. If a QR code is unreadable, search by name lets you find and manually validate a ticket, without ever losing track of who came in, or when.
How it works
From install to first scan, in four simple steps.
The prerequisite: an event created on Billettera
The app only controls tickets issued by a ticketing created on Billettera.com, never those from another platform. Your event and its ticketing must therefore exist on Billettera before you can control entries.
Download the app
Install the free Android app on each controller's phone. Lightweight, it installs in seconds.
Log in
Enter the login and code provided by the organizer. A single account can be shared, or one account per controller.

Scan & track
Scan ticket QR codes at the entrance. The result appears instantly and the fill gauge updates live.
Your venue fill, at a glance
The home screen shows the overall entry rate and the breakdown per seating category. At any moment, you know how many people have already entered and how many are still expected.
- Overall entry rate, a percentage and the entries / capacity counter, instantly readable.
- Breakdown per zone, each category (Pit, Stand, Lawn, etc.) has its own gauge.
- Guests left to check, the number of free tickets not yet scanned helps you decide whether to start the show on time, bring it forward or delay it.
- Paid tickets not yet in, see in an instant how many you still have to welcome.

An unreadable ticket? Validate by hand, with confidence
Damaged QR code, broken screen, blurry screenshot? Search for the holder by name and validate their entry without scanning. You can also check at any time which tickets have been scanned, by whom and at what time.
- Search by name, find a ticket in a few letters.
- One-tap validation, a "Validate" button right from the result.
- Traceability: status, scan time and controller name shown, ideal for handling a complaint.
Use only when scanning is impossible. Remember to check the holder's ID.
Several events on the same day? No confusion possible
As soon as they log in, the controller sees the list of ticketings assigned to them and chooses the one they are controlling. Two concerts at the same time, in different places? Each one scans the right door, with no mix-up.
Every format, a single gesture
E-ticket on a smartphone, on a tablet, ticket printed in A4 or in receipt format: whatever the medium, the app reads the QR code and shows the result instantly. Each ticket can only be validated once.
- Validated successfully, the ticket is valid, the entry is recorded.
- Already validated, the ticket has already been scanned: your anti-fraud protection.

Easiest: from your phone
Open this page directly on your phone and tap the download button. Android will ask you to allow the installation of an app from an unknown source: tap "Allow". The installation then starts automatically.
From a computer?
Download the .apk file on your computer, then transfer it to your phone via USB cable, exactly as you would transfer a photo. Then open the file from your phone to start the installation.
The "unknown source" permission is required because the app is distributed directly by Billettera, outside the Play Store. You can disable it once the installation is complete.
You stay in control of who checks your tickets
From your organizer space, create controller accesses in one click. A login and a code are generated automatically: simply hand them to the trusted people who will scan at the entrance.
As many accounts as you need
A single account is enough and can be shared by several agents. Create one per controller if you want to know how many tickets each one scanned.
Revocable at any time
Delete an access whenever you want: the person immediately loses the ability to control. You stay in charge, at all times.
Nothing to install on your side
Your controllers only need the app and their credentials. No configuration is required in your organizer space.
