Create your seating plan
The seating plan is for ticketing with numbered seats: each ticket has its own seat. If your audience finds their own spot, you don't need one. Here is how to build, step by step, a complete fashion show venue.

The steps
-
1
Open the plan builder
Create a numbered ticketing session ("Each ticket has its own seat"), then click "Build my plan".
-
2
The arc balcony
Add an arc stand, open it into a semicircle and stagger the seats. Name the rows, then number the seats from the center outward.
-
3
The stage and the runway
Drag in a stage and stretch it across the width of the venue. A custom stage, stretched lengthwise, becomes the fashion show runway.
-
4
The two pits
Place two grid stands, one on each side of the runway. French-style numbering: odd seats on one side, even seats on the other.
-
5
The round tables
An arc stand with a single row, opened to 360°, becomes a round table. Place one on each side of the stage.
-
6
Accessible seats and exits
Add individual seats for wheelchair-accessible places, at the end of the front rows, and the emergency exit signs.
-
7
The categories
Create your categories (Balcony, Pit, VIP, Accessible) and assign seats to them with a simple selection rectangle.
-
8
Save, then validate
Save the plan, then validate it: each category is now waiting for its tickets and their prices.
What's next?
Your plan is validated. Now create your tickets and their prices, category by category, then put your ticketing session on sale.
